新疆对外工程承包是从20世纪80年代后开始,当时政府没有出台相关的政策支持,企业对外工程承包的认识不到位,致使此项业务发展缓慢。经过20年的发展,这一行业逐步壮大。在中央“走出去”政策的指导下,新疆对外工程承包也得到了快速的发展。

Xinjiang's foreign project contracting began after 1980s,when the government did not issue relevant policies and support,and enterprises'understanding of foreign project contracting was not in place,which led to the slow development of this business.After 20 years of development,the industry has grown.Under the guidance of the central government's"going out"policy,Xinjiang's foreign project contracting has also developed rapidly.
