摘要 知识员工是企业提高自身竞争水平、在激烈的市场竞争环境中维持优势地位的关键。企业要吸引和激励知识员工,以应对激烈的市场竞争,就必须丰富完善自身的员工薪酬激励体系。论文从利用全面薪酬制度对知识员工进行激励的角度出发,对知识员工的全面薪酬激励制度进行分析,以期对我国企业提高竞争力有一定的帮助。 Knowledge employees are the key for enterprises to improve their competitive level and maintain their dominant position in the fierce market competition environment.In order to attract and incentivize knowledge employees to cope with the fierce market competition,enterprises must enrich and improve their own compensation incentive system for employees.Starting from the perspective of using a comprehensive compensation system to incentivize knowledge employees,this paper analyzes the comprehensive compensation incentive system for knowledge employees,so as to have some help to improve the competitiveness of China's enterprises.
