以休闲文化为基础的度假村开发策略研究

摘要 在以休闲文化为基础的度假村获得巨大市场的背景下,通过分析其在开发过程中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,并结合其开发历程及主要成就,总结出其在开发过程中所存在的即产品之间差异化小、服务质量较差以及产品与环境融合较困难等问题。论文对以休闲文化为基础的度假村开发提出针对性与合理化的建议,即完善硬件设施以坚固发展基础、融合特色文化以突出差异化主题、丰富产品结构以提高服务化水平,从而提高度假村市场竞争力,进而实现可持续性发展。 In the context of a huge market for resorts based on leisure culture,by analyzing its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development process,and combining with its development process and main achievements,this paper summarizes its problems existing in the development process,such as small differentiation between products,poor service quality and difficult integration between products and environment.This paper puts forward targeted and reasonable suggestions for resort development based on leisure culture,that is,to improve the hardware facilities to firmly develop the foundation,integrate characteristic culture to highlight the theme of differentiation,enrich the product structure to improve the level of service,so as to improve the competitiveness of resort market,and then achieve sustainable development.
