摘要
煤炭企业对于我国经济的发展作出了非常大的贡献。随着煤炭行业的不断发展,对于高新技术人才的需求量越来越大,而现阶段我国煤炭行业的高技术、技能人才还比较缺乏,不能够很好地推动和满足煤炭行业的长远发展。论文围绕煤炭企业人力资源培训存在的问题展开了分析探讨。
Coal enterprises have made great contributions to the development of China's economy.With the continuous development of the coal industry,the demand for high-tech talents is increasing.At present,China's coal industry is still short of high-tech,skilled personnel,can not well promote and meet the long-term development of the coal industry.In this paper,the existing problems of human resources training in coal enterprises are analyzed and discussed.
