绝缘导线压接工艺技术的研究

随着航空发动机事业不断发展、进步,对零组件的加工、制造过程的要求越来越精细,其中电气元件的装配工艺方法也在逐步提高。为了延长含有电气元件产品的寿命,对于其连接方式逐步在提升、改变。论文主要针对绝缘导线压接工艺技术的研究以及相关优化对策进行探究,指出绝缘导线的应用方法以及注意事项,希望能为压接技术提供一定的参考。

With the continuous development and progress of aero-engine industry,the requirements of machining and manufacturing process of components are becoming more and more refined,among which the assembly process method of electrical components is also gradually improving.In order to extend the life of products containing electrical components,the connection mode is gradually improved and changed.This paper mainly focuses on the research of insulated wire crimping technology and relevant optimization countermeasures,points out the application method of insulated wire and matters needing attention,hoping to provide some reference for the technology of insulated wire crimping.
