罗振玉与1920年“京旗赈灾”——兼论清遗民、旗族及民初社会

Adherents of Qing,Imperial Guards,and the Early ROC:Luo Zhenyu and the 1920 Disaster Relief Performed by Survived Imperial Guards

在中国近现代民间慈善救济公益活动事业中,清遗民群体曾发挥过重要作用。他们在民间慈善救济事业中竭尽全力进行社会动员,并以出售个人书画作品、藏品等各种形式积极参与。本文以清遗民代表人物罗振玉并主持的1920年“京旗赈灾”为例,以近年来新发现的诸种相关新文献为依据,厘清罗振玉从事慈善活动的家庭与社会因缘、赈灾手段等内容,着重揭示此次赈灾的起因、过程及结果,在还原罗振玉慈善家身份的同时,进而探讨“京旗赈灾”在中国现代慈善史上的独特地位以及清遗民群体与民初时局的关系。

The gentries among adherents of Qing played an active role in the modern Chinese charity.Luo Zhenyu was one of them.The present paper,digging into newly discovered primary sources regarding the 1920 disaster relief performed by survived imperial guards,sheds light on Luo as a philanthropist and the relationship between the adherent and the general situation of the early Republic of China.
