随着网贷行业出清加速,构建完善的市场化、法制化、规范化良性退出机制,推动网络借贷信息中介机构平稳有序、无风险退出是保证网贷行业健康发展的重要环节。当前我国网络借贷信息中介机构退出机制存在缺乏法律依据、相应配套制度缺失、退出转型经营难、信息披露制度不健全等困境。为了推动网络借贷信息中介机构真正实现良性退出,应加强退出法规的建设,统一退出操作规范;建立健全的风险预警机制,引入第三方接管制度;畅通退出渠道,引导其转型经营发展;加强退出信息披露,保护投资者合法权益,构建一套完善的网络借贷信息中介机构退出机制,降低其退出风险,保障市场参与主体各方权益。

With the acceleration of the clearing-up of the online lending industry,it is an important link to construct a sound market-oriented,legalized and standardized exit-mechanism,and to promote the smooth,orderly and risk-free exit of the network lending information intermediary agencies.At present,there are some difficulties in the withdrawal mechanism of China’s online lending information intermediary institutions,such as lack of legal basis,lack of corresponding supporting systems,difficulty in withdrawing from transformation operation,and imperfect information disclosure system.In order to promote the network lending information intermediary agencies and to achieve a real benign exit,we should strengthen the construction of exit laws and regulations,unify the exit operation norms,establish a sound risk-warning mechanism,introduce the third-party takeover system,smooth the exit channels,guide its transformation and development,strengthen the disclosure of exit information,protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors,and build a set of perfect network lending information intermediary.The mechanism of institutional exit can reduce its exit risk and protect the rights and interests of all parties involved in the market.
