摘要 人工智能技术正在以前所未有的方式影响人们生活的方方面面,也在加速向军事领域渗透,智能化已然成为未来军事发展的必然趋势。从政策规划、理论研究和实践运用等方面来看,美俄两国的军事智能化无疑走在了世界各国的前列,其主要做法和发展路径有许多值得借鉴之处。在广泛收集中外开源信息的基础上,梳理和总结了美俄两国军事智能化的发展脉络和特点规律,以期对我国军事智能化发展有所启示。 Nowadays,artificial intelligence is not only affecting all aspects of our lives in unprecedented ways,but also accelerating its penetration into the military field.Intellectualization has become an inevi table trend of military development in the future.From the perspective of policy planning,theoretical research and practical application,the military intellectualization of the United States and Russia is undoubtedly in the forefront of the world.Their main practices and development path have much to learn from.This paper extensively collects information from both domestic and foreign sources,defines and summarizes the development context of military intellectualization of the United States and Russia,hoping to serve as some enlightenment for the development of military intellectualization in China.
