军队物资应急采购问题及对策研究

Research on problems and countermeasures of emergency procurement of military materials

从军队物资应急采购的特点入手,分析了我国军队物资应急采购的现状及存在的问题。从完善法规制度、提高体制协调性、改善军队物资应急采购方法、强化保障力量、加强战备训练等方面提出了对策和建议,对我军物资应急采购的各项管理和具体业务工作的开展,具有一定的理论及现实意义。

In the new era and under the new situation,further requirements are put forward for the emergency support ability of military procurement institutions.Starting from the characteristics of emergency procurement of military materials,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of emergency procurement of military materials in China.In view of these deficiencies,and in order to improve combat support,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from various aspects such as improving laws and regulations,improving system coordination as well as military material emergency procurement methods,strengthening support forces and combat readiness training.This paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of PLA′s material emergency procurement.
