摘要 该文介绍了华龙一号核电站大气排放阀自动控制方案。该控制方案主要实现了安注信号自动触发大气排放阀进行自动调节,完成反应堆冷却剂回路快速冷却,30分钟内,无需任何操纵员干预,自动将压力定值从7.85 MPa(a)逐步调整到4.5 MPa(a),维持一回路以一定的冷却速率的自动调节方案的设计,这种控制方案大大降低了紧急事故下由于人员误判误操为反应堆带来的安全风险。文中详细介绍了蒸汽大气排放系统(TSA)大气排放阀的系统运行要求、控制要求、30分钟不干预自动控制方案实现和应对控制系统共模故障的多样化手动控制实现方案。 A method of atmospheric steam dump valve control in HPR1000 nuclear power plant is introduced.This control method can realize that the atmospheric steam dump valve is automatically controlled when receiving the safety injection(SI)signal,In 30 minutes,no need the operator,the set point of the atmospheric steam dump valve is automatically set from 7.85 MPa(a)to 4.5 MPa(a)to cool the reactor at a rate.This control method reduce the risk of the operator wrong decide on emergency conditions.Detailed description of the atmospheric steam dump system(TSA)steam dump valves system requirement,control requirement,automatically control design method,diverse manual control is introduced in the paper.
