摘要
为了管控企业生产减速机的质量,需要对减速机性能进行出厂试验。针对减速机实验方法要求,需要在减速机加载过程中对转速、转矩及温升进行测试。该文利用2组转矩-转速传感器、磁粉加载器、程控加载电源模块及4个PT100温度传感器(测量减速机外壳、油温及室内温度),借助LabVIEW平台,开发了基于LabVIEW的减速机加载控制系统,控制加载过程,采集处理转速、转矩和温升的测量数据,判断减速机性能质量,并输出测试结果报表供生产部门参考。现场使用表明,该系统满足减速机性能试验要求。
In order to control the quality of the reducer,it is necessary to carry out the factory test of the performance of the reducer.To meet the requirements of the speed reducer experimental method,the speed,torque and temperature rise need to be tested during the load of the speed reducer.Two sets of torque-speed sensors,magnetic powder loaders,program-controlled load power modules and four PT100 temperature sensors(measure the temprature of reducer case,oil and indoor),using the LabVIEW platform,developed a LabVIEW-based reducer loading control system to control the loading process,collect and process measurement data of speed,torque and temperature rise,and judge the performance quality of the reducer,and output the test result report for reference of the production department.Practical application proves that the loading control system meets the requirements of the performance test of the reducer.
