基于高分辨率AD7175的流量积算仪的设计

摘要 为了克服传统的流量计和通用流量积算仪的缺陷,提高测量精度,该文设计了一款基于高分辨率AD7175的双通道流量积算仪。用户通过按键控制系统,经信号处理与控制模块实现流量积算仪的流量控制,并通过液晶显示模块实时动态显示流量及工作状态变化。该文设计的流量积算仪为双通道、精度高、通用性强、运行稳定可靠等特点,具有较好的社会效益、经济效益和市场前景。 In order to overcome the defects of traditional flow meter and general flow integrator and improve the measurement accuracy,a dualchannel flow integrator based on high resolution AD7175 was designed in this paper.The user realizes the flow control of the flow integrator through the keystroke control system,the signal processing and control module,and the realtime dynamic display of the flow and the change of working state through the liquid crystal display module.The flow integrator designed in this paper is characterized by double channel,high precision,strong universality,stable and reliable operation,etc.It has good social benefit,economic benefit and market prospect.
