认知行为疗法在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Effects of cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with schizophrenics

目的探究认知行为疗法在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月-2019年1月我院收治的精神分裂症患者140例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知行为疗法。比较2组住院患者护士评定观察量表(nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation,NOSIE)、简明精神病评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(insight and treatment attitude questionnaire,ITAQ)评分、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组NOSIE评分、护理满意度高于对照组(t=20.051,P<0.001;Z=-2.247,P=0.025);2组BPRS及ITAQ评分在时间、组间及交互效应上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1个月、3个月后患者服药依从性均高于对照组(Z=-2.896,P=0.004;Z=-4.849,P<0.001)。结论认知行为疗法可提高精神分裂症患者的自知力及服药依从性,缓解精神症状,有利于其预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of cognitive behavioral therapy among schizophrenics.Methods Totally 140 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital between October 2017 and January 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(n=70)and an observation group(n=70)according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with cognitive behavioral therapy.After the intervention,both groups were evaluated using nurses′observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ).The drug compliance and nursing satisfaction were also recorded and compared.Results The NOSIE score and nursing satisfaction,as well as the medication compliance after one-and three-month intervention of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=20.051,P<0.001;Z=-2.247,P=0.025;Z=-2.896,P=0.004;Z=-4.849,P<0.001).There were significant differences in BPRS and ITAQ scores between two groups in terms of time,intergroup and interative effect(P<0.05)Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy can improve the insight and drug compliance of patients with schizophrenia and alleviate their mental symptoms.It is beneficial to the prognosis and worth popularizing and applying in the clinical practice.
