多模式综合训练对改善脑梗死患者认知功能及抑郁症状的效果分析

Effects of multi-model comprehensive training on cognitive function and depressive symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨多模式综合训练对改善脑梗死患者认知功能及抑郁症状的效果。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月我科收治的223例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(113例)和观察组(110例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用多模式综合训练法,干预前及干预1个月后比较2组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分情况。结果干预后,观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(t=6.732,P=0.004),SDS评分低于对照组(t=23.221,P=0.005)。结论多模式综合训练法应用于脑梗死患者,可有效改善患者的认知功能状态、缓解患者抑郁症状,具有积极的现实意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-model comprehensive training on the cognitive function and depressive symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 223 cerebral infarction patients admitted to our department between November 2017 and November 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group of 113 and a control group of 110 according to a random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with nursing based on the multi-model comprehensive training.Before and after the intervention of one month,both groups were evaluated using the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS).Results After the intervention,the MoCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.732,P=0.004),while the SDS score of the former was significantly lower than the latter(t=23.221,P=0.005).Conclusion Nursing based on the multi-model comprehensive training method is effective in improving the cognitive function and alleviating depressive symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction.Therefore,it has positive practical significance and is worthy of clinical promotion.
