信息-动机-行为技巧模型对输尿管结石气压弹道碎石术患者自护能力及预后的影响

Effects of applying nursing based on the information-motivation-behavior skill model on the self-care ability and prognosis of patients undergoing pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi

目的探究信息-动机-行为技巧模型对输尿管结石气压弹道碎石术患者自护能力及预后的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年7月于我院行输尿管结石气压弹道碎石术的98例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用信息-动机-行为技巧模型进行干预。比较2组护理前后的自护能力、并发症发生率、肾绞痛再发率及结石排尽时间。结果干预后,观察组的自护能力各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.001),并发症发生率及肾绞痛再发率均低于对照组(χ^2=4.404,P=0.036;χ^2=4.438,P=0.035),结石排尽时间短于对照组(Z=-2.125,P=0.034)。结论信息-动机-行为技巧模型能提高输尿管结石气压弹道碎石术患者自护能力,改善手术预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of applying nursing based on the information-motivation-behavior skill model on the self-care ability and prognosis of patients undergoing pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.Methods Totally 98 patients undergoing pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in our hospital between January 2017 and July 2018 were chosen and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 49,according to a random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided nursing based on the information-motivation-behavior skill model.The self-care,complications rate,recurrence rate of renal colic and stone excretion time of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the total score of the self-care and that of all dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.001),while the complications rate and recurrence rate of renal colic of the former group were significantly higher than the latter(χ^2=4.404,P=0.036;χ^2=4.438,P=0.035).Moreover,the stone excretion time of the observation group was significantly earlier than the latter(Z=-2.125,P=0.034).Conclusion The nursing based on the information-motivation-behavior skill model can help to promote the self-care ability and prognosis of patients undergoing pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical practice.
