调脂饮配合电针治疗痰瘀肾虚型高脂血症

Tiaozhi decoction combined with electroacupuncture for the treatment of phlegm-stasis syndrome with hyperlipidemia

目的观察调脂饮配合电针治疗痰瘀肾虚型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法,将92例痰瘀肾虚型高脂血症患者分为治疗组和对照组各46例。治疗组予以调脂饮配合电针治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为82.6%,两组总有效率比较,虽差值较明显,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组血脂相关指标、血液流变学指标、中医证候积分改善情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调脂饮配合电针治疗痰瘀肾虚型高脂血症疗效显著,优于对照组,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tiaozhiyin combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with deficiency of phlegm-stasis kidney.Methods:Ninety two patients with hyperlipidemia due to deficiency of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets.Results:The total effective rates were 93.5%in the treatment group and 82.6%in the control group.Although the difference between the two groups was obvious,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the improvement of blood lipid,hemorheology and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhiyin combined with electroacupuncture has a remarkable curative effect on hyperlipidemia due to deficiency of phlegm-stasis kidney,which is better than that of the control group and worthy of clinical application.
