摘要
目的探讨醇气相氧化催化剂中Ag与Cu2O的协同作用。方法采用对比实验、化学吸附等手段研究Ag-Cu2O之间的协同作用。结果我们开发了一种应用于醇气相氧化的Ag-Cu2O/Ti-foam催化剂,此催化剂导热性能好,在280℃和20 h^(-1)的重时空速下,苯甲醇的转化率和苯甲醛的选择性均高于90%。结论 Ag与Cu2O之间的协同作用可以总结为:Ag促进Cu2O形成且能稳定Cu2O。
Objective:To study synergistic effect between Ag and Cu2O in the gas phase oxidation of alcohols.Methods:Control experiments and chemical sorption were adopted to investigate the synergistic effect between Ag and Cu2O.The traditional preparation methods are pollutive,so the new methods should be developed.Results:A novel thermal conductive Ag-Cu2O/Ti-foam catalyst were developed,which exhibited excellent catalytic performance(both conversion of benzyl alcohol and selectivity of benzaldehyde were higher than 90%at 280℃and WHSV of 20 h^-1).Conclusion:The synergism between Ag and Cu2O can be summarized as:Ag promotes the formation of Cu2O and Cu2O is stabilized by Ag.
