双低CT冠脉成像在喀什地区基层维吾尔族冠心病诊断中的应用

Application of dual-low CT coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease in Uygur nationality people in Kashi area

目的对双低CT冠脉成像技术在喀什地区基层维吾尔族冠心病诊断中的应用及价值作用进行研究。方法收集2018年6月至2019年9月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的200例维吾尔族冠心病患者作为研究对象,所选取患者均接受CT冠脉成像与冠脉造影检查。按照随机分组原则分成观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者采用低辐射剂量与低碘总量的双低CT冠脉成像检查,对照组患者采用高辐射剂量与高碘总量的双高CT冠脉成像检查,对2组患者的检查分析结果进行观察比较,并以患者冠脉造影检查结果为标准,对其在冠心病疾病诊断中的价值作用进行评价。结果观察对比显示,2组患者主动脉根部与前降支中段、右冠中段、回旋支中段CT冠脉成像检查中的CT值指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者CT冠脉成像检查中对比剂吸收剂量与有效剂量结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者检查诊断准确率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用低辐射剂量与低碘总量双低CT冠脉成像技术进行冠心病诊断应用价值作用较为突出,不仅能够对患者的冠脉有无狭窄及狭窄程度等情况进行准确检查和判断,并且对患者造成的辐射影响明显降低,能够在临床中进行推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of dual-low CT coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease in Uygur nationality people in Kashi area.Methods Two hundred Uygur nationality patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The patients in observation group were examined by dual-low CT coronary angiography with low radiation dose and low total iodine,however,the patients in control group were examined by dual-high CT coronary angiography with high radiation dose and high total iodine.The examination results were observed and compared between the two groups,moreover,the application value of coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease was evaluated.Results There were significant differences in CT values by coronary angiography between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the effective dose and the absorbed dose of contrast medium between the two groups(P<0.05),moreover,the diagnostic accuracy rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low radiation dose and total iodine double low CT coronary angiography is of important value in diagnosis of coronary heart disease,which can not only detect and judge the severity of coronary stenosis accurately,but also reduce the radiation effect on patients.Therefor it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
