摘要 本文简单介绍了水煤浆气化炉工艺流程、工况特点以及气化装置实际运行过程中存在的故障难点问题。针对气化装置实际运行过程中出现的水煤浆流量计测量值波动大、不准确、响应滞后,气化炉出口合成气温度测点振动大、共因失效,黑水流量控制阀冲刷严重、故障率高等问题,从设计、选型、安装、调试等方面进行了研究,针对性地提出了切实可行的解决方案,保证了气化炉的安全平稳运行,对解决同类装置类似问题具有指导意义。 This paper briefly introduces the process flow,working condition characteristics of coal-water slurry gasifier and the difficult problems in the actual operation of gasification equipment.The measured values of the coal-water slurry flowmeter appearing during the actual operation of the gasification unit fluctuate greatly,are inaccurate,and the response is delayed.The vibration of the gasification point at the outlet of the gasification furnace is large,the common cause is invalid,and the black water flow control valve is seriously washed.The problems of high failure rate,research from design,selection,installation and commissioning have been put forward,and practical solutions have been put forward in a targeted manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of the gasifier,which has guiding significance for solving similar problems of similar devices.
