摘要
某重水核电厂海水泵房的主要功能是在任何潮位下,向凝汽器循环水泵和原水服务水泵提供足量的过滤海水。海水泵房液位控制器为主控室提供旋转滤网前后液位和液位差数据,且实时监测海水潮位信号,对重要海水冷却水系统、凝汽器循环冷却水系统等正常运行具有重要意义。液位控制器分别使用过超声波和雷达两种类型的控制器,本文通过对海水泵房液位控制器的原理、使用情况进行介绍,针对控制器故障进行统计和原因分析,并提出优化方案。明确变更选型,不仅需要考虑仪表本身精度以及功能,还需要考虑使用工况,判断是否满足现场的工作环境要求,以此给同类型电厂的设备选型提供参考经验。
The main function of seawater pump house of a heavy water nuclear power plant is to provide sufficient filtered sea water to the condenser circulating water pump and raw water service pump at any tide level.The seawater pump house level controller provides the liquid level and liquid level difference data before and after the rotary filter screen in the main control room,and monitors the seawater tide level signal in real time,so as to ensure the normal operation of important seawater cooling water system and condenser circulating cooling water system It is of great significance.Ultrasonic and radar controllers have been used in liquid level controller respectively.This paper introduces the principle and application of liquid level controller in seawater pump station,and makes statistics and cause analysis for controller failure,and puts forward optimization scheme.It is not only the same as the type selection of the instrument,but also provides reference for the type selection of the equipment and whether it meets the requirements of the field operation conditions and the use of the equipment.
