摘要
发电厂设备状态检修系统开放架构是未来状态检修关键技术创新和应用的关键。在状态检修开放体系架构研究的基础上,结合燃煤发电企业状态检修实施过程中的问题分析,提出针对发电领域的状态检修开放体系实施架构,通过一系列供应商中立的接口、服务和模块规范的设计,为状态检修开放体系架构在发电企业的应用提供实施思路。
Open System Architecture of condition-based maintenance system for power plant is the key to the innovation and application of condition-based maintenance key technologies in the future.On the basis of the research on the open system architecture of condition-based maintenance,combined with the analysis of the problems in the implementation process of condition-based maintenance system in coal-fired power generation enterprises,the OSA-CBM implementation architecture of condition-based maintenance for power generation was put forward through the design of a series of supplier-neutral interfaces,services and module specifications,which provides implementation ideas for the application of condition-based maintenance open system architecture in power generation enterprises.
