摘要
对整个城市垃圾焚烧发电厂的工艺过程、控制要求、各子系统的控制策略进行了详细的研究。以合肥长丰垃圾发电厂为例,采用集散控制系统(DCS)以全厂集中监控与分散控制相结合的系统运行模式,实现了垃圾焚烧发电厂整体生产过程的监控和低成本运行,提高了垃圾焚烧发电机组的自动化和管理水平。
In this paper,the process,control requirements and control strategies of each subsystem of the whole MSW incineration power plant are studied in detail.Taking Hefei Changfeng MSW incineration plant as an example,the system operation mode combining centralized monitoring and decentralized control of the whole plant has realized the monitoring and low-cost operation of the whole production process of the MSW incineration power plant,and improved the automation and management level of the MSW incineration power plant.
