本文结合某海外发电工程实际,从热工控制角度,阐述了工程的基本设计思路,并根据工程实际实施过程中遇到的困难、风险等进行了较为详细的分析,并论述了实际操作中的应对策略,为后续其他海外工程提供了参考。

This paper states the design principle of the project from the perspective of Control&Instrumentation(C&I)based on the actual situation of the oversea power plant building project.It analyzes in detail the difficulties and risks encountered in the actual implementation of the project,and discusses the countermeasures in actual operation,which provides a reference for other overseas projects in the future.
