摘要
Al2O3是玄武岩纤维的重要成分,借助Factsage热力学软件、红外光谱分析等手段研究了Al2O3对玄武岩玻璃析晶性能的影响。研究结果表明,Al2O3的加入能够提高长石相的析出温度,但不会产生液相的分化,由于Al2O3中铝原子的替代作用,其添加量的增加会降低石英的析出温度和析出量,可提高玄武岩熔体的稳定性。
Al2O3 is an important component of basalt fiber.The influence of Al2O3 on the crystallization performance of basalt glass is studied by Factsage thermodynamic software and infrared spectroscopy.The research results show that the addition of Al2O3 can increase the precipitation temperature of the feldspar phase,but does not produce liquid phase differentiation.Due to the substitution effect of aluminum atoms in Al2O3,the increase of its addition will reduce the precipitation of quartz temperature and precipitation,and it can improve the stability of basalt melt.
