摘要
采用减压间歇精馏技术从氯乙酸甲酯/甲醇/水三元组分中分离氯乙酸甲酯,考察了操作压力、回流比和精馏时间对减压间歇精馏过程的影响,得出了较佳的间歇精馏条件:操作压力为8 kPa,回流比为3∶1,回收产品中氯乙酸甲酯质量分数为99.84%,氯乙酸甲酯回收率为77.42%。
Methyl chloroacetate is separated from methyl chloroacetate/methanol/water mixture by vacuum batch distillation.The effects of operation pressure,reflux ratio and operation time on the vacuum batch distillation process are investigated.The better batch distillation condition is obtained as follows:the operation pressure is 8 kPa,the reflux ratio is 3∶1,the mass fraction of methyl chloroacetate in the product is 99.84%and the yield is 77.42%.
