Research on the Design of Pension Real Estate Based on the Contemporary Background

我国老龄化问题日趋严重,但目前养老模式无法满足养老需求现状。通过对养老现状分析,进行准确养老定位,从养老住宅选址因素和社区内功能关系多角度分析,探讨养老地产规划设计原则,为养老地产发展提供新思路。

China’s aging problem is increasingly serious,but the current pension model can not meet the needs of the elderly.Based on the analysis of the status quo of pension,this paper analyzes the location factors of pension housing and the functional relationship within the community,discusses the planning and design principles of pension real estate,and provides new ideas for the development of pension real estate.
