摘要
在保障身体健康的诸多因素中,规范的膳食模式不仅能增强机体对传染性疾病的免疫,还对非传染性疾病的预防。而均衡膳食、营养素齐全分别是规范膳食模式的外在表现和内在体现,两者共同强调食物的多样性。另外,合理的运动促进营养素的再分布,是规范膳食模式的必要辅助。只有全面的营养素摄入与运动相结合,才能实现全面的健康提升,才是科学的膳食模式。
Among many factors ensuring health,standardized dietary patterns can not only help enhance the body's immunity to infectious diseases,but also prevent non-communicable diseases.Balanced diet and complete nutrients are the external and internal manifestations of standardized dietary patterns,with both emphasizing the diversity of food.Besides,reasonable exercise can promote the redistribution of nutrients,which is a necessary supplement to standardized dietary pattern.It is the combination of all-sided nutrients intake and exercise that is the scientific dietary pattern which can achieve comprehensive health promotion for human bodies.
