摘要
散粮装船机是专业化粮食码头的重要装船设备,作业过程中,金属结构在交变应力的反复作用下,易产生疲劳,发生疲劳断裂,造成巨大的经济损失和人员安全事故。因此,有必要基于现场检测的应力时间历程数据,运用传统的名义应力方法,在Workbench平台上,对转台结构的开裂部位进行了疲劳强度的校核和疲劳寿命估算。
Bulk grain loader is an important loading equipment of specialized grain terminal.In the process of operation,the metal structure is prone to fatigue and fracture under the repeated action of alternating stress,resulting in huge economic losses and personnel safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to use the traditional nominal stress method to check the fatigue strength and estimate the fatigue life of the cracked part of the turntable structure on the workbench platform based on the stress time history data detected in the field.
