摘要
古城扬州因水而生,有着“世界运河之都”的美誉,又因水而食,荣膺“世界美食之都”。本文旨在针对目前扬州餐饮老字号品牌中存在的诸多问题提出合理的解决措施,以唤起全社会对扬州餐饮老字号品牌发展的高度重视。
The ancient Yangzhou city is born by the water canal,known as the capital of world canal and the capital of foods.The purpose of this paper is to propose reasonable solutions to the problems existing in Yangzhou time-honored catering brands,so as to arouse the whole society to attach great importance to the development of Yangzhou time-honored catering brands.
