摘要
随着科技的不断进步,食品安全检测也在不断的提高检测水平和检测标准,也通过采用不同的检测技术来提高数据的可参考性和准确性。其中测量不确定度在食品安全检测当中能够发挥一定的作用,在实际检测过程中也得到了应用。本文从测量不确定度的概念及特点出发,对食品安全检测实验室测量不确定度的评定现状进行简单说明,并对其应用现状进行详细的阐述。
With the continuous advancement of science and technology,food safety testing is also constantly improving the testing level and testing standards,and also through the use of different testing technologies to improve the referenceability and accuracy of testing data.Among them,measurement uncertainty can play a certain role in food safety testing,and it has also been applied in the actual testing process.Starting from the concept and characteristics of measurement uncertainty,this paper briefly explains the current status of the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in food safety testing laboratories,and elaborates the current status of its application.
