摘要
传统桃酥是一种高能量、高糖、高脂食品,长期食用易对人体健康造成危害。豆渣富含膳食纤维,有促进胃肠蠕动、降低血液中胆固醇含量、减少糖尿病人对胰岛素的消耗等功效。本文通过对传统桃酥与豆渣桃酥饼进行营养分析对比,使人们充分认识豆渣桃酥饼的营养保健作用、适宜人群和使用禁忌。
Traditional peach crisp is a kind of food with high energy,high sugar and high fat.Soybean dregs are rich in dietary fiber,which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,reduce blood cholesterol content,and reduce insulin consumption of diabetic patients.In this paper,the nutritional analysis and comparison of traditional peach cake and bean dregs peach cake make people fully understand the nutrition and health care function of bean dregs peach cake,suitable for people and contraindications.
