摘要
采用改良QuEChERS法结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法,对玉米秸秆中的氟硅唑进行检测。在0.005 mg·kg-1、0.010 mg·kg-1、0.200 mg·kg-1和2.000 mg·kg-1添加水平下,鲜食玉米、成熟玉米籽粒样品中的氟硅唑添加回收率在91.8%~109.0%,相对标准偏差最大值为3.730%,定量限均为0.005 mg·kg-1。在安全间隔期30 d时,鲜食玉米和成熟玉米籽粒中未检出氟硅唑残留。我国一般人群氟硅唑的国家估算每日摄入量为0.2482 mg,占日均允许摄入量的56.3%,其中因玉米摄入增加的膳食风险仅为0.023%,不会对一般人群健康产生不可接受的风险。
A modified QuEChERS method coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric analysis was developed to detect flusilazole in.The average recoveries varied from 91.8%to 109.0%for flusilazole residues with four spiked levels of 0.005 mg·kg-1,0.010 mg·kg-1,0.020 mg·kg-1 and 2.000 mg·kg-1.The relative standard deviations were less than 3.730%and the limits of quantitation were 0.005 mg·kg-1.At the safe interval of 30 days,no flusilazole residue was detected in fresh corn and mature corn The daily intake of fluosilazole for the general population in China is estimated to be 0.2482 mg,accounting for 56.3%of the daily allowable intake.The increased dietary risk due to corn intake is only 0.023%,which will not cause unacceptable risks to the health of the general population.
