Determination of Abamectin Residue in Fruit and Vegetables by Ultra-performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文建立了超高效液相色谱–串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定水果蔬菜中阿维菌素残留的方法。样品以乙腈作为提取溶剂,优化提取步骤,改进净化方式,以0.2%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,经BEH C18色谱柱,正离子模式下采用多反应监测(MRM)进行测定,溶剂外标法定量。阿维菌素的浓度在2~400μg·L-1范围内与色谱峰面积的线性关系良好,线性相关系数R2为0.997,方法的检出限为0.6μg·kg-1。样品加标回收率75.7%~99.6%,RSD在1.8%~8.1%(n=6)。该方法具有分析时间短、灵敏度高、准确性高等优点,能够较好地满足水果蔬菜中阿维菌素残留的痕量分析。 In this paper,a method for determination of abamectin residue in fruit and vegetables by ultraperformance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.Three different kinds of samples were extracted,treated and purified by following optimized pretreatment procedures,and analyst in samples was separated by using BEH C18 column with gradient elution consisting of 0.2%formic acid and acetonitrile,then detected and quantified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry under certain conditions.The mass concentration of abamectin(b1a)had good linearity with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 2~400μg·L-1,the correlation coefficient was 0.997,and the detection limit was 0.6μg·kg-1.The recoveries were 75.7%~99.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%~8.1%(n=6).This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for trace analysis of abamectin in fruit and vegetables.
