横风环境高架运行的城际动车组车体气动载荷分析 被引量:10

摘要 建立高架桥和城际动车组的三维模型,应用ANSYS ICEM软件生成结构网格,采用RANS湍流方程开展定常计算以及大涡模拟进行非定常计算,得到车体表面压力时程曲线。通过风洞试验验证数值计算的网格模型和仿真算法。耦合车速和风速,计算高架运行的城际动车组车体气动载荷。研究结果表明:无横风时,动车组头车阻力最大,与速度的二次方成正比;有横风时,尾车阻力最大。车速在80 km/h至200 km/h范围,风速为10 m/s至60 m/s范围时,相同车速和风速下,动车组头车的侧向力、升力和倾覆力矩最大,中间车次之,尾车最小;横风风速对车体气动载荷的影响敏感度大于运行车速。 A three-dimensional coupled model of the viaduct and intercity EMU was established.The structural mesh was generated by using ANSYS ICEM software program.The RANS equation was used for steady state calculation and the Large Eddy Simulation was used for unsteady state calculation.The time-history curve of surface pressure of vehicle body was obtained.The meshing model and simulation algorithm of numerical calculation were verified by wind tunnel test.With the vehicle speed and wind speed coupled,aerodynamic loads of intercity EMU car bodies on the viaduct were calculated.The simulation results show that when there is no cross-wind,the aerodynamic drag of EMU head car is the largest,which is proportional to the square of train speed;when there is cross wind,the aerodynamic drag of tail car is the greatest.When the vehicle speed is 80~200 km/h and the crosswind wind speed is 10~60 m/s,with the same vehicle and wind speed,the lateral force,lift and overturning moment of EMU head car are the largest,followed by the middle car and tail car sequentially;the sensitivity of the cross-wind speed to the aerodynamic loads of car bodies is greater than the train running speed.
