摘要
钻具腐蚀是钻井工程中普遍存在的问题,并随着钻井向高速、深井方向发展而日趋严重,钻具腐蚀造成的损失在整个钻井成本中占有相当大的比例。针对长庆油田复合盐钻井液中的钻具腐蚀问题,进行了钻具腐蚀产物分析和复合盐钻井液腐蚀因素影响及室内腐蚀性测试等研究,优选出一种耐温性缓蚀剂和高效除氧剂。通过在xx1、xx2井现场复合盐钻井液加入除氧剂和缓蚀剂,进行了除氧剂和缓蚀剂评价及配伍性等实验,溶解氧含量可降至0.22mg/L,腐蚀速率为0.013mm/a,缓蚀率为82.6%,腐蚀性满足现场要求,并制定出钻具防护的控制措施,对钻井现场安全和环保具有重要意义。
The drilling tools corrosion is a common problem in drilling engineering and drilling with the high-speed,direction and growing deep,drilling tools corrosion losses in the entire drilling costs account for a large proportion.In addition to the corrosion product analysis of the drilling tool,the influence of the corrosion factors of the compound salt drilling fluid and the indoor corrosion test were performed to monitor and quantify the corrosion of drilling tools in the compound salt drilling fluid in Changqing Oilfield,The purpose is to select a temperature-resistant corrosion inhibitor and a highefficiency oxygen scavenger.By adding oxygen scavengers and corrosion inhibitors to the composite salt drilling fluids in wells xx1 and xx2,the experiments of deoxidizer and corrosion inhibitor evaluation and compatibility were carried out.The dissolved oxygen content can be reduced to 0.22mg/L and the corrosion rate is 0.013mm / a, the corrosion inhibition rate is 82.6%, The corrosion meets the siterequirements, and the control measures for drilling tool protection are formulated, which is of greatsignificance to the safety and environmental protection of the drilling site.
