定向钻机用泥浆泵增压试验台设计与测试

Design and test of pressurized test bench for mud pump of directional drilling rig

设计了一种定向钻机用泥浆泵增压供水试验台,通过螺杆空压机来为增压水箱提供稳定压力,为泥浆泵吸水口提供稳定的测试压力水。试验台集成了出/入水口的流量与压力检测装置,可以通过调节阀来调节压力流量值来检测泥浆泵的工况参数。通过对XW50型泥浆泵进行试验台检测,测试结果满足出厂设计要求,因此可通过此试验台对定向钻机用各种型号的泥浆泵进行型式检测。

A pressurized water supply test-bed for mud pump used for the directional drilling rig was designed.The screw air compressor provided stable pressure for the pressurized water tank and stable-pressured test water for the suction port of the mud pump.The test bench integrated the flow and pressure detection devices at the water outlet and inlet,and controlled the pressure and the flow via the control valve to detect the operating parameters of the mud pump.The bench test for XW50 mud pump was conducted,and the test results satisfied the ex-factory design requirements.Thus the test bench could be applied to the type test for various mud pumps for the directional drilling rig.
