摘要 转载溜槽的抑尘设计是降低粉尘的关键,对诱导空气量的几种计算模型进行了分析对比,得出基于模型假设的转载溜槽的诱导空气估计方法所得结果偏大,且CEMA空气量的计算中所包含的置换空气在稳定运行状态下是不存在的。分析了转载溜槽抑尘设计的计算机仿真方法,对引风管设计采用DEM-CFD耦合仿真,证明采用引风管设计对减小导料槽的空气流量意义不大;对导料槽沉降室的粉尘沉降采用CFD两相流仿真,对空气刮刀设计采用CFD仿真,验证了采用空气刮刀设计可以将空气流导入导料槽。同时给出了转载溜槽的设计原则,可供转载溜槽抑尘设计时参考。 The dust suppression design for the transfer chute is the key to reduce dust.The paper analyzed and compared several models of calculating the volume of induced air,and concluded that the volume of the induced air of the transfer chute estimated based on the model assumption were larger,and the replacement air included in the air volume calculation of CEMA did not exist in stable operation mode.After that,it analyzed the computer simulation method for the dust suppression design of the transfer chute,and applied DEM-CFD coupling simulation to design the inducing pipe,the results showed the application of the inducing pipe was little significant to reduce the air flow of the guide chute.In addition,it applied CFD two-phase flow simulation to simulate the dust settlement in the settling chamber of the guide chute,and applied CFD simulation to design the air scraper,the results showed the application of the air scraper led the air flow into the guide chute.Moreover,the design principle of the transfer chute was offered,which offered reference for the dust suppression design of the transfer chute.
