泥塑人体课程是雕塑专业传统教学中大学四年级的最后一课,是对四年所学知识的整体串联、汇总、提炼、升华,学好这一课至关重要。团块塑造的人体泥塑教学模式和方法,能让学生在学习人体泥塑时事半功倍,从而提高学生的学习兴趣和主动性。团块塑造的关键在于引导学生树立正确的雕塑观察方法,从根本上杜绝学生从各个角度去看轮廓线,琐碎、孤立地观察形体,找不到形体与形体之间的相互联系,强行拼凑形体的问题。团块塑造的教学方法能够很好地解决以上问题,使学生在塑造之初便养成观察整体、独立思考的习惯。
