Subject Interaction and Free Will Choice:Inheritance and Innovation in the Case Study of Intangible Cultural Heritage

"非遗传承中参与的各方实践是密切互动的、不可替代的"。文化部、教育部启动中国非物质文化遗产传承人群研修研习培训计划(下文简称"研培")以来,学术界对非遗传承问题研讨更为激烈。石河子大学非遗研培团队以"固本培元、守正创新"为理念,按照文化和旅游部"见人见物见生活"的要求,开展了六期新疆非物质文化遗产传承人群的培训工作。石河子大学非遗研培案例中所呈现出的传承与创新的问题,具有一定的代表性。研培中不同主体的互动与诉求,是对《保护非物质文化遗产公约》及其相关文件精神和非遗"十二条伦理原则"的自觉实践。这实践背后隐含的主体互动与自由意志选择,更加值得我们深入思考,这对非遗的传承与创新具有决定性影响。

The practices involved in intangible cultural inheritance are closely interactive and irreplaceable.Since the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education launched the research and training program for the inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as"research and training"),the discussion of intangible cultural inheritance has become more heated in the academic community.Led by the idea of“consolidating basis、maintaining advantages while pursue innovation”,the Shihezi University intangible cultural heritage research and training team of has carried out six sessions of training for people who shoulder the mission of inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of Xinjiang under the requirements of“see the people,things and life”of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of The People's Republic of China.The problems of inheritance and innovation presented in the case study of intangible cultural heritage in Shihezi University are representative to some extent.The interaction and demands of different subjects in the research and training is a conscious practice of the spirit of The Convention on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage and its related documents and the"Twelve Ethical Principles"of intangible cultural heritage.The interaction of subjects and the choice of free will behind this practice are more worthy of our deep thinking,which has a decisive influence on the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.
