In the history of Western philosophy,the problem of reference has always been one of the common research focuses in philosophy of language and philosophy of logic.With the rapid development of contemporary cognitive science,the reference research also gradually highlights the special philosophical implications of mind.The alleged study of reference in philosophy of mind aims to mainly mean that the intentional reference is initial,the semantic reference is derivative,and the psychological allegation is the basis of the linguistic reference.Moreover,the research of reference is closely related to the research of intentionality and mental content,which presents a diversification of the basic issues and a variety of the disputes.The research emphasizes that scientific basis should keep pace with philosophical reflections in the research perspective,while the research approach forms the convergence of analytic philosophical tradition and phenomenological tradition.
