修复黑臭水体的SCEU强化环保生态方法 被引量:5

Application of SCEU Enhanced Environmental Protection Ecological Method in the Treatment of Black Smelly Water

摘要 黑臭水体是我国目前突出的水环境问题,严重破坏河流生态系统,影响经济和民生,治理任务十分紧迫.目前尚缺乏使黑臭水体治理后的水质长效保持的方法.2018年6—8月,运用SCEU强化环保生态方法,在不清淤疏浚的条件下,对四川省广元市王家沟黑臭水体(治理河段长850 m,宽25~30 m,两岸均为硬质河岸)进行原位修复.该方法包括6大技术体系:硬质河堤驳岸生态重建、微生物菌剂与云膜扩繁系统、专用除磷方法、造流复氧系统、滴灌系统和太阳能光伏系统.通过3个月的修复治理及连续水质监测,发现王家沟的水质由劣Ⅴ类水变为地表水Ⅳ类水,黑臭现象完全消失,生物多样性增加,河流生态功能与自然景观恢复;TP、TN、NH3-N、CODMn的平均去除率分别为90.33%、81.35%、94.11%、84.48%.实验结果表明,SCEU强化环保生态方法能够恢复河流的自净能力,使达标水质得以长期保持,治理后1 a时间里,王家沟水质仍然保持地表水Ⅳ类水. Black smelly water is a prominent water environment problem in China.It seriously destroys river ecosystem,affects local economy and people’ s life quality.At present,there are few methods to improve river water quality and keep the water quality stable for a long time.The present paper report an integrated treatment method named " SCEU enhanced environmental protection ecological method" to treat the black smelly water in Wangjiagou River close to the Wangjiaying Industrial Park in Guangyuan City,southwest of Sichuan Province,China.The SCEU method includes six technical systems:ecological reconstruction on concrete river banks,application of microbial agent and a cloud film system for microbe propagation,special phosphorus removal method,using paddlewheel aerator to aerate and oxygenate water and promote water flow,drip irrigation network,and using solar power equipment to supply power for all the water treatment system.The water of Wangjiagou River was sampled before,during and after the restoration,respectively at the upper,middle,and lower sections of the river,and TP,TN,NH3-N and CODMn were analyzed.The results show that after three months of remediation,the water quality was improved from inferior class V water to surface water class IV water;the black water became clean and the smell disappeared;the average removal rates of TP,TN,NH3-N and CODMn were 90.33%,81.35%,94.11% and 84.48%,respectively.One year after the river treatment,the river water quality is still stable.It indicates that the SCEU enhanced environmental protection ecological method can greatly improve water quality,and maintain stable water quality for a relatively long period,which provides a low-cost and efficient way to restore river ecological system.
