摘要
目的了解临床护生对《全国护理事业发展规划(2016—2020年)》(以下简称《十三五规划》)了解程度和持有的态度。方法于2017年4月1日—2017年4月30日对11所医学院校的232位临床护生采用便利抽样的问卷调查方法,回收、录入调查表,并对结果进行统计分析。结果被调查的232位临床护生对《全国护理事业发展规划(2016—2020年)》认知水平总体不高,知晓率为63.16%;认为有必要进一步学习的有209人,占90.09%。结论临床护生对《十三五规划》了解度低,护理管理者应加强对临床护生的培训,利用多种途径以提高护生对的认知水平,同时关注护士对“十三五”护理规划的心声。
Objective To understand the degree and attitude of clinical nursing students to understand the national nursing career development plan(2016—2020)(hereinafter referred to as the 13th five-year plan).Methods From April 1st to April 30th,2017,232 clinical nursing students of 11 medical colleges were investigated by convenience sampling method.The questionnaires were collected and entered into the questionnaire,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 232 clinical nursing students surveyed,the overall cognitive level of"national nursing development plan(2016—2020)"was not high,with the awareness rate of 63.16%;209 students thought it necessary to further study,accounting for 90.09%.Conclusion Clinical nursing students have a low understanding of national nursing career development plan(2016—2020).Nursing managers should strengthen the training of clinical nursing students,use various ways to improve the cognitive level of nursing students,At the same time,pay attention to nurses'wishes for the 13th five-year plan.
