婴幼儿细菌性肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻的预防研究

Prevention Study of Antibiotic-associated Diarrhea for Bacterial Pneumonia Infants

目的浅析布拉氏酵母菌和枯草杆菌二联活菌在预防婴幼儿细菌性肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻方面的价值。方法纳入本单位2018年1月—2019年12月确诊罹患细菌性肺炎的80例患儿作研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中40例为对照组,细菌性肺炎对症治疗基础上加以枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒预防抗生素相关性腹泻(antibioticassociated diarrhea,AAD);另40例为试验组,细菌性肺炎对症治疗基础上加以布拉氏酵母菌预防AAD。比较两组AAD发生率等观察指标差异。结果试验组腹泻发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(32.50%),腹泻时间短于对照组,腹泻疗效优良率(100%)高于对照组(30.77%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于枯草杆菌二联活菌,予以细菌性肺炎患儿布拉氏酵母菌预防AAD效果更佳,同时该药在治疗AAD方面较枯草杆菌二联活菌整体疗效更加显著。

Objective To analyze the value of saccharomyces boulardii or live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins on the prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD)for bacterial pneumonia infants.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 bacterial pneumonia infants were chosen as research samples.Infants were divided into control group and test group,40 cases in each group.The control group took the symptomatic treatment and live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins;the test group took the symptomatic treatment and saccharomyces boulardii.Incidence of AAD was probed.Results The incidence of AAD in the test group(7.50%)was lower than that of control group(32.50%);duration of diarrhea was shorter than that of control group;good treatment rate in the test group(100%)was higher than that of control group(30.77%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamins,saccharomyces boulardii has better effects on the prevention and treatment of AAD.
