综合护理在保健科老年慢性病患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Elderly Patients With Chronic Diseases in Health Care Department

目的探讨综合护理在保健科老年慢性病患者健康管理的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月医院保健科收治的老年慢性病患者128例,随机分组,对照组采用常规护理干预方法,观察组采用综合护理干预方法。比较两组护理前后健康知识了解情况,并比较两组的满意度。结果两组护理前健康知识了解评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组健康知识了解评分与护理总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性病患者采用综合护理干预,能够提高老年人对健康知识的了解情况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the health management of the elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,128 elderly patients with chronic diseases were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The health knowledge and satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in the scores of health knowledge understanding before nursing,and the scores of health knowledge understanding and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic diseases can improve the elderly's understanding of health knowledge and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
