随着制度场域转轨、服务场域转向及知识场域转型,多重场域叠加下,行业划转地方工科院校受自身感知范畴与在场状态影响,目标与定位在学术主导与市场取向、创新与应用、行业与区域、规模与特色之间摇摆,带来办学特色建构动力外生性、人才培养特色边界界定模糊性、社会服务特色相容性及学科专业特色发展性等特色建构问题。基于场域自主,加快高水平应用型大学建设模式探索、复合型人才内涵个性化探索、行业与区域双重服务场域激励相容及场域间协同集聚场域资本,是行业划转地方工科院校特色再造路径。

After the reform of university management system at the turn of the century,the transformation of system field,service field and knowledge field has been realized.Under the superposition of multiple fields,the industry transferred to local engineering university is affected by its own perception category and presence status,and its goal and orientation swing between academic dominance and market orientation,innovation and application,industry and region,scale and characteristics.This gives birth to the problems of the construction of school running characteristics,such as the exogenous driving force of the construction of school running characteristics,the fuzziness of the boundary definition of talent training characteristics,the compatibility of social service characteristics and the development of discipline and specialty characteristics.Based on the field autonomy,it puts forward the characteristic reengineering path of industry transferring to local engineering university from the aspects of accelerating the construction mode of high-level application-oriented universities,personalized exploration of the connotation of compound talents,incentive compatibility of dual service fields of industry and region,and the collaborative gathering of field capital among fields.
