摘要
MBA创新创业教育是“新商科”教育理念下综合性人才培养的关键环节。本研究从创业自我效能的理论视角出发构建模型,实证分析MBA创新创业教育对创业意愿的影响机制,探讨MBA创新创业教育内容和形式的改革与创新。研究发现资源整合能力的培养对创业意愿具有显著的促进作用,且需要通过创业自我效能来实现。因此,MBA创新创业教育要促进多学科资源的交叉融合,加强对学生创业自我效能的培养,实现MBA创新创业教育的价值整合、学科整合、资源整合以及生态整合。
MBA innovation and entrepreneurship education is integral to nurture the comprehensive talent under the concept of“New Business”education.This study constructs a model from the perspective of self-efficacy theory,empirically analyzes the influence mechanism of knowledge system,ability system and resource system on entrepreneurial willingness in MBA innovation and entrepreneurship education,and explores the ways to reform and innovate the contents and forms of MBA innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is found that Students’capability of resource integration significantly promotes their entrepreneurial willingness.Therefore,it is suggested that MBA education should promote the cross integration of multi-disciplinary resources,strengthen the cultivation of students'entrepreneurship self-efficacy,and then achieve the value integration,discipline integration,resource integration and ecological integration of MBA innovation and entrepreneurship education.
