浅谈风机基础混凝土无损检测技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着无损检测技术的发展,无损检测在各行各业得到普遍应用。阐述了无损检测技术的工作原理和方法,结合工程实例,介绍了风机基础施工中,混凝土质量的无损检测方法。利用探地雷达和超声回弹综合法,能够直观的检测出混凝土的空洞、蜂窝和松散等缺陷,较快得出混凝土强度值,该技术具有检测时间短、精度高、检测方便等优点,使用前景广阔。 With the development of non-destructive testing technology,the non-destructive testing is widely used in all kinds of industries.The operation principle and method of non-destructive testing technology are described,and combined with engineering example,the non-destructive testing methods of concrete quality in wind turbine foundation construction are introduced.The application of ground penetrating radar and ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method can visually detect the defects of concrete such as voids,honeycombs and looseness,and quickly obtain the strength value of concrete.This technology has the advantages of short detection time,high accuracy and convenient detection,and has broad application prospects.
