基于文献计量学的全球十字花科育种领域学科态势分析

Analysis on Disciplinary Situation in Cruciferae Breeding from Global Sphere Based on Bibliometrics

以Web of Science核心合集中的科学引文索引(SCIE)和会议论文引文索引(CPCI)为数据源,采用文献计量学方法对1995—2018年间全球十字花科育种领域相关文献发文趋势、基金资助来源、高发文机构等进行分析。结果显示,1995—2018年间十字花科育种领域研究论文数量呈现稳步上升的趋势,中国、美国、德国等国家处于领先位置;全球十字花科育种文献主要集中在植物科学、农学、园艺学、基因和遗传学等学科;中国国家自然科学基金(NSCF)、中国国家重点研发计划分列文献资助项目第1、2位,表明中国国家级基金项目对十字花科育种研究给予了大力支持,推动了这一领域的文献成果产出。

Taking SCIE(Science Citation Index Expanded)and CPCI(Conference Proceedings Citation Index)in the core collection of Web of Science as data sources,this study adopted the method of bibliometrics to analyze the literature publication trends,funding sources,and high publication institutions,etc.in the field of Cruciferae breeding from 1995 to 2018 in the global sphere.The results showed that 1995-2018,the numbers of paper in the field of Cruciferae breeding were steadily increasing,with China,the United States and Germany in the leading position.The global Cruciferae breeding literature mainly concentrated on plant science,agronomy,horticulture,gene and genetics,etc.subjects.The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSCF)and China National Key Research and Development Program were the first and second sources funding the literature projects,indicating that China national-level funding projects had given strong support to research activities in cruciferae breeding field,and promoted the output of literature in this field.
