基于顾客满意度的苏州乡村民宿发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Suzhou Rural HomestayBased on Customer Satisfaction

通过IPA分析法对民宿消费者满意度问卷数据进行整理和分析,掌握消费者对苏州乡村民宿外部环境、建筑布局、空间布局、服务设施、服务质量、管理效益等六个方面指标的重要性和满意度评价,并据此提出今后发展的对策建议。

Through the IPA analysis,this paper sorts out and analyzes the questionnaire data of B&B consumers’satisfaction,masters the importance and satisfaction evaluation of consumers on the external environment,architectural layout,spatial layout,service facilities,service quality and management efficiency of Suzhou rural B&B,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development.
