基于高职学生学习动力提升的学校教学制度建设 被引量:2

Construction of Teaching Management System Aiming at Promoting Vocational College Students’Learning Motivation

摘要 学校教学制度建设的规范、合理与科学,直接影响着学校的高质量发展,同时对学生学习动力的提升也产生着至关重要的作用。通过调查学校教学制度对高职学生学习动力的影响,分析新时代背景下高职学生学习动力的实际现状与研究现状,提出了把握学生学习特点、树立学生中心理念、凸显院校自身特色的学校教学制度建设原则,构建了“一参与、一服务、一规范、四激励”的“1114”制度建设体系,从而有效提升学生的学习动力。 Standardized,rational and scientific teaching management system not only directly influences the vocational colleges’high-quality development,but also exerts a great impact on promoting students’learning motivation in these colleges.Based on the investigation about the influence of teaching management system on vocational college students’learning motivation,the current situation and research status of their learning motivation are clarified.Three principles for building-up the vocational colleges’teaching management system are proposed,respectively“grasping students’learning features,establishing student-centered concept,highlighting college characteristics”.Meanwhile,a 1114 teaching management system(consisting of one student-participating regulation,one serving-the-student regulation,one classroom-teaching management regulation,four learning-impelling regulations)is constructed to effectively elevate the students’learning motivation.
